Easy to install and my deer camera has a solid signal.

I tried several antennas for my spy point camera that I have at my camp in the U.P. Michigan. Area with very poor cell service. My signal still shows weak, but it is sending pictures instantly now and making regular transfers. Before it would go week and a half before grabbing a signal to send pictures. Just mount as high as you can in a tree. Worth every penny!

Good signal booster. Not the best and doesn't work well for 4G and 5G LTE repeater signal booster. Will mess it up. Just good for antenna on 4G and 5G LTE router or phone signal booster. Not good for signal booster devices or repeater devices.

Item works and is fairly heavy duty. Would prefer a longer cord but other than that works great.

I bought this for a new Spypoint cellular game camera. I have 3 cameras and the Verizon one only showed 50% reception while the two ATT ones showed 90%. I mounted the antenna about 10 feet off the ground and hooked it up to my Spypoint Micro LTE S V camera. The connection was tight and it was easy to connect. Cellular reception went from 50% to 25% on the device. I removed this antenna and replaced the 6" factory one and things were back at 50%. I'll keep looking... This one did not work for me.

What is important to know is that this antenna will not show an increase in your signal strength when you check your staus. It seems not to be compatable with spypoints signal meter in your status but believe me, it does work. I had spypoint cameras showing 40% with stock spypoint antenna and camera would not send pictures regular. It is common to show only 25% with this booster but it does make an improvement on the cameras ability to transmit. I have them on all my link micro cameras that were in troubled areas and the cameras report on schedule. Good rule to go by when setting up your cameras is to look at the performance of your smartphone. If your phone is slow on loading data when you use it, forget putting a camera in that spot because it will never send pictures regularly in that spot!

I purchased this to try on a spypoint trail camera, model Link-S. I was able to raise the new antennae up in a tree about 5 feet higher than the cell camera. Signal strength went from 25-50% to 50-90% (your experience may vary based on your location). Working fine, now I always get my pictures as scheduled. Great price compared to the spypoint antennae. Have had for two months, we will have to see how long this lasts. The wiring is about 10 feet long, so I could have gone higher with a longer ladder. I ran the wire through some PVC to try and protect from sun and critters. Will update review if anything changes.

I bought this for my Tactacam just to get the antenna up high on the tree as a bear took a swipe at my camera and broke the antenna that came with it so I didn't buy this to improve cell service/range. I screwed it in it worked just fine. It doesn't screw on with the main connection on the wire but it comes with an adapter that make it fit the camera.
