Red Pepper Strips - Vegan, Keto, Vegetables & Meals

I searched for unsalted roasted red peppers for a long time and finally found these strips. They are not oily or soggy and they are exactly what I wanted--a convenient unsalted food that I can use right out of the package for pastas, soups and salads. I would have preferred whole peppers, but as I mentioned, unsalted roasted sweet peppers are rare, so I'm not going to quibble.

Compared to the cooking of my French/Spanish wife these peppers are comparable...and a lot easier! To make these you roast the peppers and then....lots of steps and time. These are a bit sweeter...less of the pepper taste but the are the same taste, texture, flavor...excellent!Stable on the shelf, no refrigeration until you open....good cold or warm on rice, noodles meat, fish...sandwiches!

Do not waste your money! Not even 2 peppers sliced! What a rip-off!!! I can’t believe amazon is actually selling this!

One container was open and moldy. I want to return and receive a full refund. The mold from the one was on the inside of the shipping box and I cannot tolerate the thought of eating anything from this shipment.

Used in a casserole dish. It tasted fine. That said, I felt “odd” because the veggies aren’t truly fresh. In any case, these seem to be good. But I’m a picky sceptic.

On the shelf in my cool pantry, these red peppers rotted and leaked in two months. No red pepper pizza tonight.

I purchase these along with two large soap containers they boxed everything in one box well the meals did not survive with the soap smutched in the container Spent the money for nothing
