Samsung Galaxy S10+ 128GB - Prism Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I needed to buy a new phone as mine was smashed and being 4/5 years old, it made sense to get a new device but I was not eligible for a contract so needed to buy one myself.Having not done this in more than 10years and on a budget, I was indecisive of where to go for a quality phone at a good price in ike New condition ... I almost got the same S10+handset from Music Magpie but for £270 in good condition which means it had scratches and dents .. pristine was another £200...I decided to buy my phone from this seller and I my expectations were genuinely exceeded! It said next day delivery but when I checked tracking it said 1 week, however the seller sends this by next day special delivery.The phone arrived packaged very well and it looks brand new, I checked but couldn't find a fault.So far the device seems to work great but I've had it less than a day and when I turned it on the battery was at 90% but within a few hours and little use it dropped to 30% but I am hoping this was due to the setup process and downloads when setting the phone up.Overall, I am more than happy with my purchase so far and I have not stopped recommending to my friends all day!!Also, I got two charger cables with the phone which helps me a lot .. being a van driver it means I don't have to keep taking one cable from the van to the house everyday or worry about forgetting.

I've been on a SIM-only plan for years and always buy my phones used and a model or two older than the current generation but have hesitated to do it online as I can't check out the phone before paying. After looking at some Galaxy model phones in places like Game I decided to check on Amazon just in case and came across JQ Solutions offering the S10+ for a very reasonable price at a like new/refurbished quality and took a chance. I'm so glad I did: the phone came securely packaged and padded with everything needed to start using it (SIM removal tool, charger, cables, even 2 stylus pens and a basic case) - despite not being in original Samsung packaging and with official accessories I find this perfectly professional and as I've been doing this for a while I already have my preferred chargers, cables and a case lined up anyway (I absolutely recommend a UAG case for this phone) so this was above and beyong my expectations.I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with the quality (like brand new), speed of delivery (came several days earlier than expected) and price (including my fancy case and new cable I paid less than I would have at a phone store) that I wanted to give JQ Solutions a sterling review. I am writing this on my new phone and am confident from what I've read that if I encounter any issues they will help me out, and should I need a new phone anytime soon (fortunately this doesn't seem to be the case) I'll definitely be giving them a look before buying.

I don't usually leave a review but this one is worth it. Pro: not a single scratch on the phone which for me is a massive thing with buying second hand device which I've never done before. So that's amazing. So the phone itself literally feels like it's near, if not brand new. And second, the phone works perfectly. Honestly like near brand new.Cons: the battery life goes from 100% to 80% quite quick which is expected from a phone around 2 years old. So still a good thing cuz I can buy a new battery which really won't cost much. Second, although there aren't any scratches, I can tell the back glass of the phone was replaces with a brand new one, and they are not stuck on the phone properly. I can see the gap between the glass and the phone. When I press down on the phone it sticks on but it lifts itself up after a bit. So it's a little worrying that if a tiny drop of water gets near it it'll sink right in the phone. But if I do get the battery replaced then that's something I can solve myself. Almost I can say that I'm 92% satisfied with the purchase. Apart from the back cover issue it's a pretty good buy

My dad is happy with the phone but it was sent out locked when sold as unlocked. I had to pay for it to be unlocked and I only got part of my payment back from them. They said to keep the delivery date they sent it before the unlock code was issued, I would have preferred contact and my decision to wait rather than loose money unlocking it myself. Very disappointed on their side, but the phone works fine so far.

Flawless with great battery life I would swear it's brand new

I only risked buying this refurbished phone because it was backed by an Amazon 12 month guarantee. £200 is a lot of money to lose.I read the reviews and they weren't great so I thought with the Amazon guarantee surely I can't lose.After 3 months the phone the screen started playing up. So I sent everything to my SD card and google and gave the phone a factory reset.The phone screen didn't come back on.I sent it back to the seller and said if they could sort it out I'd rather have it back than have a refund.After days of me asking them what was going on eventually I got a text saying the engineer was looking at it and would get back to me in 48hrs. 72 hrs later I sent a message, how's it going to which I had a text back.The screen is knackered and it's your fault so we will give you £38 back. Obviously the screen was knackered before I received it as a fully refurbished screen should last longer than this.The whole phone, screen and casing was still in immaculate condition when I sent it back.So I then contacted Amazon who at first were happy to send me the £38 until I mentioned it was covered by a 12 month Amazon guarantee. So what's the point of advertising that if it means nothing.After speaking to another customer service member she said I was entitled to the full amount back not a % and Amazon will take the dispute up with their third party seller.So listen everyone DO NOT SETTLE FOR A % if you are not satisfied and are covered by this guarantee, use it. It's your rights.

Good value for money easy fit

I've bought this S10+ for my wife as I already have corporate S21 with similar specs (8 GB RAM / 128 storage) and I can say, it's hard to tell the difference. Yes, S21 has faster CPU but not something that regular user can notice except of price. Oh yes, unlike S21 this S10+ actually has 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones which is kind of important if you don't have BT headphones. Since this is renewed version, it's always a worry if there will be any cosmetic deficiencies but I can say, phone looks and feel like a brand new, not a single sign of being used. Only thing I noticed is that S10+ is getting slightly hot during charging but nothing concerning so far.All in all, very good phone and worth of every cent with this price tag.One thing that happened in my case was concern regarding incorrect Amazon part number and I can't stress enough how fast and friendly was seller in finding an optimal solution. I literally wrote message same evening after I received a package and got response in late evening. We had a call on next business day and resolved this issue.I can highly recommend Toronto cellular and I'll be buying from them in the future as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect once I confirmed the order and red the comments afterwards...This phone is brand new, no scratches or marks on it at all, shiny clean and looks as if it hasn't been used at all before. As a matter of fact it seems to me absolutely never used brand new item.Very Very happy with my purchase and works perfectly in Canada, all the updates installed automatically as well !Pleased on all points with this S10+might become my new favorite ;)

Excellente surprise pour un premier achat en reconditionné. Entièrement satisfaite de mon achat pour le moment. Je ne peux évaluer la reconnaissance faciale ne l’utilisant pas. J'ai juste interverti le compartiments des cartes SIM afin de pouvoir avoir mes deux puces sur moi. Petite manipulation à effectuer😔😔pas de double SIM, j’ai oublié de vérifier ce dernier point comme une idiote que je suis.Conclusion : À voir dans le temps comment mon petit S10+ reconditionne va se comporter.

I bought this about a year ago, to replace a years old S10+ as I really like the design and function of this model. It is clear that the screen on this phone must have been replaced at one point in time. My first s10+, brand new from Samsung, had zero issues with scratches and the screen was perfect until I badly damaged and shattered the glass. This refurbished model became covered in tiny scratches almost instantly, and despite using screen protectors to mitigate this, it has now reached a point where the scratches are so many that the phone screen is starting to register touch when I am not even close to touching the screen. After only 1 year, I am now forced to look for another replacement.Aside from this, the s10+ itself remains a beautiful phone to use, despite no longer receiving os updates.
