Tiny Friends Farm Supremepetfoods Hazel Ham Food, 2-Pound

This is, without a doubt, the best commercially available hamster food in the US. I highly recommend it as it has the right percentage of nutrients, like protein, for a hamster. Most other commercially available foods are full of molasses and added sugars, which are very unhealthy for hamsters to have in a daily diet. Hazel Hamster has no added sugars or molasses. Perfect for diabetes prone species like hybrids, Winter Whites, and Campbells.

I ordered the original/Supreme Hazel hamster food and received the "Tiny Friends Farm" Hazel hamster food. From my research I have gathered that this is not nearly as good for diabetic hamsters as the original/Supreme, which was the whole reason I purchased it. The item cannot be returned, and I am very upset to have received the wrong product. I saw other reviews stating they had received the wrong product, but decided to go for it anyways, hoping that whatever was causing this issue had been fixed. At least I got hamster food instead of chinchilla food like some of the other reviewers, so my non-diabetic hams will at least get some use out of it. I really want the original/Supreme Hazel hamster food, but no stores by where I live sell it, and I am nervous to try re-ordering and wasting more money.

I specifically ordered the older brand of Supreme Petfooda Hazel Hamster and received the Tiny Friends Farm version which is not meet a hamsters' adequate nutritional needs. Definitely do not order this product.

My daughter did her homework and decided that SupremePetFoods Hazel Hamster Food was the best hamster food for her pet. She wouldn't consider the other pet food at the pet store. No, we had to get it here on Amazon. Well, it is colorful and the hamster seems quite content. The little creature squirrels it away so that I don't ever see much in the bowl. It must be good.

Despite other reviews, I took a chance and ordered a bag of this, and did NOT receive the shown product. Instead I got a bag of the Tiny Friends Farm, NOT the original formula advertised. The Tiny Friends Farm mix does not meet the nutritional standards I was looking for, and there is no way I would have bought this product by choice. I will be returning this, and I would caution others against buying this, as there is a good chance you will not receive the product you paid for.

This may be the healthiest hamster food on the market today. I did tons of research on hamster diets before purchasing this bag, and concluded that there arent any perfect meal mixes out there Hazel Hamster definitely has the best mix. My winter white tends to leave the brown stick shaped pellets and orange circular pellets alone, I am guessing because he doesn't like them. I overcome this problem by only serving 1/2 tbsp and waiting until the entire dish is empty before serving again.

I have a russian dwarf hamster and a syrian hamster and they both LOVE this! The only thing I dislike about it is the amount of filler pellets, but of course that's to be expected with brand hamster food. Overall, this is a really great hamster food and I would definitely recommend it!

This hamster food is one of my Syrian hamster's favorite hamster food. She absolutely loves eating the big pieces and enjoys breaking some bits of the huge peanuts every once in a while. I really like how this food doesn't seem to have too much "filler food pellets" because my hamster absolutely refuses to eat those.
