Brittle, be careful to protect it
I wish I'd bought one with a case or something to protect it. Dropped it once and it broke in half. Still usable in pieces.

got for sharpening salt water fish hooksstone is too course the one i was trying to replace was smooth stone similar the the wet stone i use to dress my filet knives

Works, wish the keychain with it were stainless
Stone works fine, chain should be stainless or non metallic since most hook sharpening being done by saltwater fishermen
