I want to use it in Hong Kong which is 220 voltage, what can I do?

If lightbulbs in HK attach differently than they do in USA/Canada, then you will need to switch out the 2 sockets inside the fixture. But if everything in HK is 220, then lightbulbs sold over there will be ready for that voltage. The fixture just has sockets and wires that any AC current can travel through. Someone at a Hong Kong hardware store could probably help you out. And if necessary, search for a similar fixture that’s meant for the Asian market... Good luck!

Do these light fixtures come with the lense covers for wet locations?

I bought mine over 5 years ago and I don't believe lenses covers came with them.

Can you use led motion sensor light bulbs

Since the light emits from the top and bottom of the unit unless the moving object is directly above or below it there is no way that it would work. Instead attach a sensor directly to the outside of the electrical junction box that provides the electrical connection to it.
