Bought this as a supposedly Amazon re-furbished, excellent condition MacBook. When it arrived however there. was a severe scratch next to the track pad (deep enough to feel and round approximately the size of a quarter). I also had a couple of badly worn key caps. Amazon said they would give me a $60 credit but I haven't seen that yet either. It is functional and I am going to replace the keys so I am keeping it but I would NOT recommend this if you are hoping for an excellent condition MacBook. save your money and time and go to E-bay.

A Few things here, first, when I ordered this item it was listed as a 2018 15" macbook pro (Space Grey). They shipped me a silver laptop. Not a big deal, but I hate the silver macbooks. However, I am just buying this out of absolute necessity anyways, to tide me over until I can buy a new macbook air with the apple silicone. I ordered the "good" condition laptop to save money, and I will say it arrived in very very good condition. A few scratches here and there but I can barely see them. Now the BAD: Wrong color, and the charger arrived broken, meaning I had to purchase another 87W charger because I can tell you anything below 87W will actually still drain your battery while plugged in. So turning this thing on was a NIGHTMARE because it arrived dead and I left it plugged in for a while before realizing the 87W Charger was broken. Using an iphone charger I plugged it in and got to 100% in about 8 or 9 hours. They Also shipped me a 2019 Macbook pro 15". I'm not one to complain about a free upgrade, but the mistake freaks me out a little bit because I would be angry if they sent me a 2017 macbook by accident. Now this 2019 has the 2.6 GHZ instead of 2.2 Intel processor. Again, not a big deal. Perhaps it is their policy to ship you a newer laptop if the one you ordered is out of stock, but not to ship you an older model. Anyways, Now that I've got this thing turned on and set up I think it will fit my needs. Battery Cycle count is at 400, i don't know how accurate that is because I've done some installs, updates, and light browsing for 2 hours today while plugged in (to the iphone charger) and I am at 40% battery. For a 6 year old laptop I think this is alright, though.

Not joking when I say this was a great purchase. It’s definitely a lot better than my old MacBook I had and with it being refurbished, there was basically nothing wrong with the computer at all. I enjoy it and I might consider buying another one for my daughter.

Looks like new, works just fine. No problems at all. Decent battery life, clear bright screen. Had an iPhone, but was not a Mac user before. I love it.

Arrived before expected delivery date! Keyboard, mic, trackpad, and screen all work flawlessly. Definitely worth the money considering it arrived in excellent condition. No major dents or scratches on the unit. Super easy file transfer from the old Mac I had previously. Charger was included in the box as well.

Beautiful laptop! The body of this machine is 9/10. Really awesome given the price. There are some minor cosmetic details that are barely visible in some keys and in the corners; but hey - it's a used device. I initially had an issue with the software on the machine, and so I visited the seller's shop. He changed the device for me on the spot and even offered me tea! Really nice guy. I would buy from him anytime. I'm very happy with the purchase and I would 100% recommend it.

Hasta la fecha ha sido buena compra, no he tenido problemas con ella. La estética excelente, la batería bien, llevo 9 meses con ella.

La computadora me llego con un procesador i7 de sexta generacion, tenia entendido que deberia tener un i7 de octava segun el modelo que es MR962LL/A, esto esta mal no?
