This is exactly what I needed for long sessions at my desk. And it worked, for a few weeks anyway. But then it began to lose air. Initially, it wasn't bad because I could still get in an hour's nap before it collapsed like a flat tire. But then I made the mistake of washing it. After that, it deflated in a matter of minutes.I bought this mainly for the occasional programming marathons. I haven't tried it as a travel pillow but I'm told by my globe-hopping friend that they're not permitted on many airlines because they're a potential obstruction during emergencies.I see this same pillow being sold with the same claims by different manufacturers on Amazon. From what I can tell, the product racks up a bunch of bad reviews under one vendor, they discontinue it, then sell the same thing with a slightly different name under another vendor. Caveat emptor. Good idea; poor manufacturing.

Previously I was using a very highly reviewed memory foam neck pillow that's the top recommendation on several websites. it costed more than twice as much as this thing and works like a neck brace that prevents your head from flopping around, but I was still unable to sleep and the pillow is so high up my neck it gets in the way of my noise cancelling headphone. I came across this through a mailing list I subscribe to. At first I was skeptical but given its reasonable price and my desperation in finding a way to get some sleep on my red eye flights I ordered it anyway.I'm pleasantly surprised, the forward incline position provides more comfort for me than the tiny amount of backward incline the seats can provide. With cabin lights turned off and my head buried in it, I also don't need my eye mask anymore, so that's one less thing to carry. It also doesn't get in the way of my headphone like my high neck pillow does. Inflating it is surprisingly easy given how big it is, it only takes me 5 to 6 breathes. Make sure to inflate it to the fullest so it's rigid and doesn't sag.I would gladly pay double for this, given it allows me to actually get some sleep on flights for the first time.

One of the coolest things I’ve bought. Bought it as a gift, but they don’t use it, so I’ve been using it on the sly, LOL. I LOVE IT! I am currently using it for a few things while one of my hands is out of commission for a couple months. I use it to prop up my phone so it doesn’t keep falling. Also, put it in the counter to keep things at eye level so my neck stays steady with a cell or tablet. It’s great when you know you’re tired but refuse to go to bed, so you watch a quick few episodes of Netflix inside the pillow, while resting your head on the top cause you know you’ll fall asleep. . It’s a perfect distance from face to phone. I’ve propped it under my knees for back support when laying down. It’s great for that power nap at lunch time & you won’t mess up your hair or make up, lol. It’s just a great product. It’s comfortable & easy to inflate. If you’re having any kind of surgery or have any kind of pain issues, you’ll find multiple uses for this. Will probably buy another. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

A must have!!! Better and so cheaper than any travel pillow out there. I have bought some well rated travel pillows here on Amazon, testing all out. This one is Very easy to inflate it and to fold it. My long travels are sort of comfortable now, it’s crazy. I bought one to test it first, now my husband asked me to get one for him. If you are like me and nod off on the plane all the time, this is for you. I just pull the airplane’ little meal table down and put the pillow on it. You can fit your head and arms inside it. The color is discrete. Also, it’s sturdy. I’m 5’9” I wish it was a bit higher but it’s no big deal, still great. Highly recommended!

The pillow arrived quickly and looked just like the photos, and despite a strong odor from the man made material being new, it functioned as expected. The problem with it is that it is intended for use on long flights, perhaps international, which means a traveler would then be stuck carrying around the heavy and bulky pillow which would have no value until the flight home. As a traveler who minimizes weight and bulk, traveling for six weeks at a time with just a carry-on bag, I would have to give up my second pair of pants or two shirts to carry the pillow, and that is too much loss for the benefit of a comfy airplane pillow. I suppose it would work for a person who brings tons of luggage on guide lead trips, and is ok with shuttling those bags (or having them shuttled) with the pillow included place to place, but that is not me.

I travel a lot - even during the pandemic - and many of the flights I take are transcontinental overnight red-eyes. This pillow has made it a lot easier to get some rest by providing a comfortable support for sleeping at a reasonable angle. The clever design makes it easy to position the head and the hands/arms, even when sitting in a cramped coach seat. Quick to inflate and easy to store upon landing. Very good investment for the price. Highly recommended.

I bought this before a red-eye international flight. It is very easy to inflate, and comfortable if you are at the right height. It was not as much of a game-changer as I had hoped on the plane, but that is not the product's fault. Due to variations in height and the height of the fold-out table on the plane, it can end up being less comfortable than if it was at an optimal height. If you think this will be the solution to all the problems you have sleeping on planes, you will be disappointed, but again, that is no fault of this product and is just related to the fact that airplanes are just uncomfortable (unless you fly first class or business class). Overall I am happy with this product and will bring it on an airplane again.

I bought this for a flight I'm taking next week. It was super quick and easy to blow up wirh my mouth and the port where you blow it up has like a silicone flap to keep the air in before you fasten it shut. It was also quick and easy to deflate and it was not a struggle to put it back into it's little bag. For scale I put it next to a 1 liter sized water bottle. The entire "pillow" is lined with very soft material like on velvet side of an air mattress. I'm excited to use it!
