Jumbo Chocolate Chunk Delights
I made jumbo-sized muffins yesterday, I used 2 boxes of the muffin mix and added a 12 oz package of chocolate chips. This combination yielded 12 giant muffins with nice rounded tops. My son packaged them in individual baggies, froze them and uses them for a delightful addition to his morning coffee. This is the only brand of muffin mix I buy. The only improvement the Company could consider would be adding more chocolate chunks, however that would likely raise the price of the mix. So it’s fine the way it is and the baker can add whatever they wish. Thank you for this product.

Delicious with chopped apples and you can add toasted walnuts or just follow the box instructions and it comes out Delicious! price was right and delivered fast.

Tasty pumpkin bread
I like to add fresh/frozen cranberries and chopped walnuts to the mix. Baking time is the same, surprisingly, and it's delicious. I always get people wanting to know my recipe.
