Love it but didn't come with gold filtered as advertised
Love it but didn't come with gold filtered as advertised. Called Cuisinart and they said it 'isn't suppose to come with one" but it is advertised with one. they sent me one, love my coffee pot had my first one for 10+ years. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours and still tastes fresh.

Not hot enough
This is a beautiful coffee pot but doesn't make a hot pot of coffee and the stainless pot doesn't keep it warm....even when you rinse with hot water as directed.

This is a great workhorse of a coffee maker
I LOVE the Grind & Brew. I've had this for a year or two and it's awesome. On occasion, it won't work, but I clean it good, and we're back in operation.

Broken...Not Refurbished
The coffee maker was physically broken...not refurbished. Although properly packaged, the base of plastic structure had a large, impossible to miss, crack running through it.
