Excellent - but there are rules...read on!
Finally received a real Topping D10 again, and using it as a pc usb sound - into a D30, (so effectively acting as a USB to Spdif converter to clean up USB output) it sounds really REALLY good! One point to note, these all seem to suffer from a weak USB socket connection as well, because any movement will cause them to disconnect/reconnect from the pc - no amount of cable swapping or D10 replacements have ever fixed this.So the thing here is. Yes they are great - but don’t touch or move them when using them!!! just remember that and everything is great!

Works well, but no better than a smaller portable unit. Lacking a few key features.
Having used DACs for many years now, I needed something for my desk and PC.I've always been a fan of the smaller units that are portable but fancied something larger for the deskSound quality is very good but realistically not that much different from a portable one. The unit is well made and sturdy but the controls could be a bit more intuitive. They're not too difficult but certainly not easy.I don't like that there's no 1/4inch or 3.5mm Jack on this model either. RCA only which is fine if you need that but why not throw a headphone jack in?Overall the unit works well and does its job, it could just be slightly better refined with better instructions. It would also be nice if it included RCA cables which it doesn't. So for the controls and lack of headphone output and lack of RCA cables it's a 3 star review from me.

Excellent performing DAC & great value!
I've bought this D10 DAC to replace my faulty (and much more expensive) Arcam rDAC. I liked the rDAC, but rather than spending a fortune on another expensive DAC, I wanted to try a cheaper one just to ensure I wasn't wasting money. Note: I bought one of these before getting another for free through the Amazon Vine reviewer program. My current audio setup consists of: PC > DAC (D10) > Headphone Amp (Graham Slee SRG II with PSU1) > Headphones (Sennheiser HD650). I also use APO equalizer on my PC.There's not much point waffling on about specs, so I'll get straight to the point: Is there any difference between this and the much more expensive and well-reviewed Arcam rDAC? Well, not really. The Arcam was a bit brighter, but generally, the differences are very subtle. This D10 DAC supports high-range bit depths and sample rates of up to 32bit / 383kHz, but you're not going to hear any difference.Build quality of the D10 is excellent. It's encased in an aluminium shell and looks good. It has a useful front LCD, displaying the selected sample rate and format. The only thing I would upgrade is the USB cable. It's a bit substandard, so I'd recommend upgrading to a QED, AudioQuest, or Supra cable.Given how well this DAC performs, I don't see the point of spending more. It's wiser to spend those savings on a high-end headphone amp instead, as the more you pay for an amp, the better it will be. I've tried various cheap amps, and nothing comes close to the quality of the Graham Slee SRGII (I've not tested anything above the £500 range).Highly recommended!

Great amp with one major issue
This audio amplifier is amazing overall! The product like all product has pros and cons but this one has many good features. the simplicity of the product makes it very easy by simply plugging it into your computer (if that’s how you are using it) with a single USB cable in the back of the audio amplifier it has various inputs and outputs these are: USB in, SPDIF optical input and a coaxial input however i feel that they needed to include an aux input so that you could easily use any headphones and speakers. this addition to this product in my opinionI would make it a 5-star product however I felt that because I had to get an accessory to use my headphones it only made it a 4 star review. However, it was still fairly easy to use with an accessory with my headphones and speakers. The amplifier made a huge difference to the music from my PC and you can easily tell the difference from the standard built in audio software on my computer. the D10 makes the audio sound quality much richer and generally a much bettersound. this unit is definitely worth the money even with the high price point compared to some others. this unit will provide much better sound quality than the others.Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this product for the amazing sound quality. However, the biggest downfall of it is there is no AUX input, but the product is strongly recommended.
