So I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro M277dw small office all rounder printer/scanner.I tried 4 different laser refill cartridges on the past last one bring the GMC brand.I have to say this is the best quality I have ever seen so far.How good is the quality you may think?Nearly as good as the print quality as original HP cartridges costing well over £160.I was shocked at the quality of printing everyday documents.It’s crisp and Sharpe colours on the HP paper surprised me lots.The only reservation I really have is after awhile I was getting really bad yellow stripes along the paper from the yellow ink cartridge powder overspilling onto the paper from another brand.Let’s see if this does not do that after awhile.But so far if all goes well I will start buying this brand only.Customer service contact I still need to see how good a response they provide.

Our last unofficial HP cartridge lasted just under a year and printed around 4000 pages. This is now struggling with the black ink at around the 900 mark.Additionally it leaves blue and yellow smudges at the side of the paper.Not recommended unfortunately.***2nd March 2022 edit: The company reached out to me to confirm they had a known problem with this batch and it was resolved with future cartridges. I was offered a refund or exchange and have taken a refund as I'd already replaced the cartridges. Can't fault the customer service.

We have only needed to fit one of these cartridges so far. This was fitted by my wife who had some difficulty in selecting the correct cartridge as only two of the packages had a simple label showing the colour of the cartridge that they contained. However, the correct part number was shown on the cartridge itself, which could only be seen after opening the sealed protective plastic bag.Initially, once fitted, the cartridge did not work until I found that my wife hadn't removed one of the tear out strips that was tucked away and not obvious to someone who is not familiar with installing these items (its normally my job!). There were no instructions included to tell the user to remove the strips and how many there are - including this would be an obvious improvement that could be made.Since fitting (cyan cartridge), there has been no obvious issues with the print quality.

Did not disappoint!We had ordered the exact same set from a specialist ink website and after a couple of months it started printing wrong, everything had a red tint! We couldn't fix it, we tried all sort of trouble shooting, cleaning of the printer, cleaning kit etc nothing worked. We had started looking for a new printer which isn't very environmentally friendly and we weren't keen on that since we love that printer it's compact and has been reliable for years. So my other half decided to give it one more try and order this toner set as a last hope. And as soon as we changed the toner, the issue was fixed immediately!Easy peasy to install, you just open the latch lift old ones out and drop the new ones in, then close up all sorted! The printer recognised them immediately.The printing quality is reasonable for the use we have from it although maybe a bit on the darker side (I print teaching resources so we don't need picture perfect quality).Will buy again for sure!

The printer ink industry is a well-known scam - lure you in with ultra cheap printers and then take you for all you're worth on the running costs (replacement ink).I'll admit that I was hesitant to use non-branded ink because I once had an old printer (not HP) that decided to quit on me after installing generic cartridges - perhaps it was coincidence!At any rate, I will certainly not be buying branded toner for my HP because I honestly cannot tell the difference in the print quality. I am happy to recommend Cool Toner and I will definitely be buying again.If it helps, I am but a layperson and so my printer is mostly used for the children's school projects, with occasional photographs, homemade cards, invitations, etc.

Excellent replacement product for a much more reasonable price and print quality is great.

Worked well initially but after buying in June and now in October the black is already pale grey. Probably only done a couple of hundred pages. Levels show OK but when asked to report levels printer says it's unknown, so the cartridges obviosuly don't have the right chip in htem to give usage. Previous cheaper cartridges lasted nearly two years and reported exact amount of toner remaining. They seem good value but having to buy again after 4 months they aren't. I won't be using these again.UPDATE. The supplier contacted me and apologised that the cartridge had a fault. They offered me a refund as the cartridge should have worked better than this, so good customer service if things go wrong. I've changed my rating to reflect this.
