Product is good and powerful, Jar capacity is pretty good can make almost a liter of shake in one time. The customer service is also good as I got a replacement after the original product had some technical issues.

I am actually a big fan of Agaro. But this item really disappointed me. agaro claims this to be 1000 W but practically I feel it as around 600w. It doesn't have enough power to churn out things. Look and feel is good but not when it comes to play. First time disappointed with Agaro. Think twice before you go with this. Expect a 600w power.

I purchased the Agaro Marvel Nutri Blender in Oct 2024. It worked fine as I was using it everyday to make juice, smoothies etc. but then there was smoke coming out from the Main Unit after 8 months of usage. I immediately contacted Agaro Custome Care, they created a ticket and was contacted by Agaro Support Engineer. The Support Engineer conducted a WhatsApp Video Call to understand the issue and immediately helped with a resolution by shipping a New Unit. The New Unit arrived in 5 days and is working fine now. Kudos to Agaro Team and thank you for all your support.

Worst experience ever!My blender stopped working just after a year. I contacted Agaro service and was even willing to pay for repairs. They simply said “no spare parts available as the product is out of production.”If they can’t even support their products for a basic 1-2 years, why is it still being sold? Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

The service was good and quick. They replaced me the main unit which was faulty within a week if lodging the complaint.

I bought it 2 years ago. Their service used to be Ok. Nowadays it is horrible.- Motor is good no denying the fact that it does the job perfectlyThe service is bad, I changed blades 3 times and changed PCB once.- Lid(with the blade) leaks oil and will not last more than 4-6 months. I replaced it 3 times already. The original purchase lasted for close to a year.- several users raised the same issue of bad blades. Read those reviews properly before buying.The service is horrible, won't get a resolution even after 2 weeks.Buy it if you are all right with 25 different calls with 25 different resolutions and none of them actually resolves your problem. Their customer service team is actually clueless.Verdict:Very powerful machine with low quality and a clueless customer service team. Will give them 5 stars if they rectify this jar leakage issue and improve customer service.Avoid like plague-period.
