Lacoste Men's L27 Low-Top Sneaker

I bought 3 pairs. Black, Navy, White.These fit true to size vs sizing down in Converse.They are simpler in design. The sole has a slimmer profile. There is not as much stiching as on a pair of Converse (still sturdy). Laces also match sneaker color vs standard white on Converse. Good build quality no foot support though.Overall these are a much simpler sneaker in design than Converse; that is what initially attracted me to them.I just hate the branding on these sneakers! If it were just the LACOSTE on the back of the sole I could deal..But the Gator's placement on the sneaker ruins them. The simplicity of the design makes the Gator logo pop. I'm not a fan of branding on my clothing and the Gator really stands out for being so small.In my opinion pass on these. I own three pairs of them and always pick my Converse over them. My Converse are just more comfortable and age better than these LACOSTE.

I bought a pair in blue to see how it would fit, feel, and hold up. No complaints here! Even ordered 2 more pairs in different colors.I wear a size 11 to11and half Nike sneaker and ordered these in 11. Being that they are the old style tennis shoe, I wasn't sure if it would run too small or more likely too big. They fit perfect. Snug enough that your foot is not flopping around and just enough room so that your feet are not cramped. You might have to use a shoe horn the first few times until they break in properly.The material is soft canvas and more or less matches the L.12.12 polos in color.

I'm not going to act like i didn't wear them, cause i did. I got a good amount of compliments also, however they ripped, in two spots. I had them for a year, kept them pretty clean. Even after the first small rip, they looked new cause i could hide it with my pant leg, but the second rip was on the heel and my shoe talks now. just bought some chucks, we'll see how long they last.

initially I had a difficult time wearing them because they are a little small. I ordered 9 US M size which I always find accurate but not with these. However, after few weeks of wearing them now they fit me much better and I really love how comfortable they are and find myself walk much faster so saving a lot of time :) Thank you so much for making these great shoes!

Overall the sneakers have a great look and a rather smart look about them. Only slight negative that I can share is the shoe has a little too snug of a fit right on the big toe ball joint and causes the area to bring sore causing the shoe to become uncomfortable and painful to wear. Hoping this will subside w/more wears allowing the sneakers to be more wearable.

Lacoste had a great pair of white bateau shoes which they discontinued. I ordered these as they looked to be the next best thing. greatly dissappointed. Loose fitting, cannot be worn without socks, no arch support.

He used to have a jack puecel converse wich he loves. Also I have to send them back and order half number bigger . They where too thight. The design is different, he likes this ones but I feel he still prefers the converse brand.The converse last 3 years, I will come back to let you know how long the lacoste lasts.
