The times I have used this, it has definitely helped relieve some pain.I have used it both hot and cold.Cold is easy, just take out the ball and throw it in the freezer.For hot, I microwave a bowl of water and then throw the ball into the bowl after it comes out of the microwave.My only complaint is that it is not hard to pinch your skin. If you tilt the ball back while rolling over an area, it will likely pinch you. It isn't hard to avoid and it doesn't pinch very hard but I do end up pinching myself with it atleast once per use.Overal, I am happy with this and it does help relax and relieve soreness.

After having surgery to repair torn cartilage in my knee, I was having lingering pain. I iced three times a day, but it didn’t help much. My physical therapist said ice massage on the painful areas would work the best, but big cubes of ice are messy. This did the trick. I massaged it over the painful areas and within a week I had made a turn for the better. Now I rarely have any pain, but I immediately use this when I do. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I got this for my wifes back. It works exactly (and better) than described. It's a really sturdy, really cold, deep massage tool. It just wasn't something that works for us, so I returned it. But...it is exactly what it says and is really well built. Easy to clean, easy to use, really nice design.

Shin splint Problem, gave me quick relief. Using the freeze prepared ball for about 8 minutes provides good results. Still takes multiple applications, like anything else, but it works very well.

Y'all !!!!! This is such an awesome little tool. I purchased to help me with my plantar faciatis as I am on my feet 13 hours a day and my feet kill me at the end of the night. I work up with a headache this morning and decided to use it on my neck and bam, my headache was gone. I go back to work tomorrow so I will definitely be using this afterwards. Worth every penny.

Save your aggravation and buy the more expensive Recoup Cryosphere. I was hopeful with this one since it looks very similar. It’s not. This one is impossible to use on my foot. It tips over and doesn’t roll. If you want it to work properly, pay more money for the Rcoup brand.

This is a fantastic tool. I have washed the ball and yet still get this grey film on my skin with use. Not sure what the issue is. I absolutely love this thing and so does my dad. Use for pressure points, heat massage and ice massage. I also use on my head for migraines. Once I figure out how to stop this film, I will be a happy camper!

I bought this for my son who is in PT school and he had never used one before, his doctor's office uses ice frozen in cups (she is big time too...) and he loved this cold massage ball and plans to show her when he returns to work. I will buy one for myself, it really helps with pain.
