GoPo is a great supplement. In addition to flexibility and strength training/rehabilitation, GoPo helps the knee become functional again after serious injury.

Supplements are almost always a guessing game of it they help or not. This is another grey area. I thought they were helping, but I was also taking peptides, a number of other supplements and drinking more water while taking them. My knees felt a little better.If they came out with some that wasn’t made with them disgusting/cheap gelatin capsules I’d buy it regularly.

I have this product for quite a few weeks and just looked at it and didn’t take it, because I couldn’t believe it would really work. Then my injured shoulder became really bad after wrenching it again one more time.… I was seeing stars and at that point, I figured what do I have to lose? I started taking one pill at a time just to see if I would had any reaction to it, and after the first day of four pills my shoulder pain became bearable and actually much better. I decided that this was just a coincidence, that this Rosehip thing couldn’t possibly work, so I stopped taking it. Once again I saw stars, so now I am a believer that this product really does work. We have arthritis in our hands and wrist. We started off with 4 capsules/day. My husband still takes 3 capsules/day.I have decreased to 2 capsules/day. We both had lots of pain which interfered with everyday activities but after taking Danish rose hips for many years we are pain free. I once tried to discontinue this supplement, but eventually the pain returned, so I am now back on it. We have recommended it to friends and they have also had relief from taking it. Regular rose hips from other suppliers do not seem to work as effectively--only the DANISH rose hips.

I tried this product following the loading guidelines for 4 weeks and I didn't get any back pain relief, actually it felt worse and started feeling better when I stopped taking this supplement. I thought I had nothing to lose since it came with a money back guarantee. I contacted the company on the box about the guarantee. First I was told they are in the UK and the guarantee is through their US based business but they would honor it and give me my money back. Then they said they wouldn't because I am actually in the USA not the UK and apparently in the year 2021 there is no way to send a refund to someone in the USA. They said they would contact their USA 'colleagues' about my refund. Well this back and forth has been going on over a month now. No refund, no contact from anyone of their USA colleagues. In my opinion this product is just more snake oil and a way to part you of your money hoping that you might be able to feel better. Amazon needs to remove this product for falsely advertising a money back guarantee.

I am 68 and have suffered from severe pain in my right knee after a car accident. I was referred for an arthroscopy, however I was sceptical to have an operation. I started taking GOPO and continued for a year. The pain in my right knee was gone, and I could occasionally bend my knee and kneel down. I could also run few meters; I am convinced that GOPO has helped my condition. I think it had also recreated the cartilage tissues as my joints motion had more flexibility. This product has been nothing less than miraculous in resolving my arthritis. I was forced to come off prescription medication (Arthrotec) many years ago as it gave me gastric ulcers. GOPO does not have the same side-effects as other over-the-counter NSAIDS and presumably is not addictive as Co-C is. I think the dosage is overstated however - 9 tabs a day! I've been taking 2 tablets morning, noon and night. Sometimes I still have to supplement with Co-C or Ibru. I've got this down to 1 of each a day. I also bought a magnetic pain bracelet which I wear at night. My knee and hip pain began three months after falling heavily on a shiny restaurant floor and sustaining a subdural haematoma on my hip. (now resolved). Dr won't MRI knee or hip as yet. So I'm a relative new-comer to severe pain - which is so depressing. I would recommend GOPO.
