Huge disappointment. It looks like it had been used before, I added a picture to show. It is very loud!! Most importantly it does not get the wrinkles out whatsoever. I tried two different material shirts to see if that made a difference and it did not. I went over and over and over the same spots on the shirt with no results. Steam does come out but it really isn't that hot at all. It burns the little bit of water it holds extremely fast!! Also there is a huge caution on the directions that says if you have hard water it will clog up quickly so you need to use distilled water. I figured for the price point I'd look past that if it worked really well but it does not work at all!

Loved the handheld design.... easy to fill water using the cup provided. Heats up fast and delivers steady stream of steam when in lock position. Worked well for me using as a steamer with my garment hung and did well with laying it down on the bed. I’m very happy with my steamer.

A product that truly delivers. I hate to iron so using this steam saves me time and frustration.

The steam is strong. The product is easy to use. You can use it vertically or place your clothes on a table. It makes your clothes flawless.

Decent product for the price. I purchased 2 of these. One for myself and one for my sister. It does take a lot of effort and strokes to get out even the smallest wrinkles on fabric. Steam is very hot and will burn you if you accidentally catch your fingers behind the fabric, while not completely removing the wrinkles. With a lot of work and effort it works. I may just iron clothes instead of hauling this item around for travel.
