Would you recommend these for strength athletes? I’m a strongman in training

I’m not sure why you would be using them while in training. The only reason I use them is when my nasal passages are completely ‘blocked up’ and they are marvellously for clearing your head. I have recommended them to many people.

How long does it stay potent?

I didn't buy mine from Amazon but I bought one for my Grandad and one for myself when he was 80 and he was still using it when he died 4 years ago. He'd be 89 now If he was still alive and I am still using the one I bought for myself at the the same time if you use it when you need to and make sure to keep the lid on, it will last. Mine is 9 years old and still potent enough to bring tears to my eyes. I generally hold one nostril closed, one or 2 sniffs through the open nostril, repeat on the other side and put the lid back on tightly.

Very good product.

This product is now hard to find in the shops. I have always used it. Be careful, just waft it as it is strong. Clears blocked noses easily.
