Listed as MEMORY FOAM!! There was NO MEMORY in this product. When I emailed them they said it was a cotton memory. Whatever, it was so hard I could only use for short periods of time and made my back worse!! They agreed to refund my money IF the cushion could be returned in the original packing (which I have learned to keep since I order on line so much). They would inspect it and if found to meet their inspections they would then refund my money. As of today when I got my bill it has NOT been refunded. I explained to them I already have 5+ memory foam pillows so what they labeled this as Memory Foam is off base. I liked the shape of the pillow and the fabric but that was all. If I do not get my refund, it won’t be the last they hear from me!!

I bought this because I suffer from Ischeal Tuborosity pain, this thing is the worst. It won't stay in position on a chair and actually made my hurt more. I just threw it in the trash after trying to use it for a week at work. So disappointing.

This corrects the uncomfortable seats on the new BMW I leased. I leased it because my other luxury vehicle had uncomfortable seats. In both cases, you had to drive 2 hours to realize the seats are killing you. The BMW gets to hurting my sitz bones. The wedge shape is good because you have two choices. It is packed pretty tight and could have been thinner, but stays cool. It took a while to get here from China, but I think it will last better than other alternatives.

Surprisingly comfy, especially compared with my hi-end Aylio sit-bone cushion - after I removed some foam out of the front edge.

This is one of the few products on the market for ischial bursitis and it is a good one! I recommend it highly and we will be buying a back up.

This specific pillow / cushion design was recommended to me by my chiropractor and my acupuncturist. Both specifically recommended a pillow / cushion with holes (see picture of product) because that design offers the best cushioning and weight distribution effect. It was hard to locate the recommended design, but it was worth the effort. It turned out to be a real find.

I was not informed that the return would be sent to China! The cost would be more than the cost of the pad.That's not right!

I used it for a seat. It's cost was unreasonable. It is just a pillow.
