Poor battery life and weak spots in the casting
I brought this brand as I felt it was a good well recognised make with an international appreciation. Unfortunately, it's not a very good model. The battery doesn't last very long, which is so annoying and the casting broke in relatively short order - rendering it inoperable. I contacted custom services and frankly they just wanted to pass me around and mess me around. I lost count how many times I contacted them. They just gave me the run around, which took me nowhere. Very disappointing with the product and particularly the customer service which frankly is diabolical. I ended up buying a Coslus which is brilliant... so good I brought two... 🤗

Meh
I have to refill the tank 3-4 times to get a proper clean. I'm sure it does a decent job as at least once I've had blood in my saliva afterwards (like I sometimes get with normal flossing, probably due to too many acidic drinks). However the whole process is messy and just annoying. I'd much rather use conventional floss.Since my issue seems to be with water flossers in general I'm still going to give it 3 starts. Shame about the price tag considering it's a LOT more annoying than just using normal floss.

Water flosser
Bought a this Braun water flosser on the strength of using their toothbrushes, which I have to say have proved to be excellent over the years, so much so that when the originals expired we bought the same model again. My experience with this water flosser has been less satisfying, the water output seems to be weak, (not that I can compare it to any other), I have to use it on the intensive setting to feel it’s doing any good.It does fill your mouth with water and you do have to exercise caution or you will spill it all over yourself and the bathroom... (but that would be the same for any other water flosser). The battery life between charges is less than with the toothbrush, although to be fair the toothbrush battery life does seem to be exceptional, so maybe I am guilty of expecting too much.In the final analysis I do have to say despite my minor niggles above I am fairly pleased with it, since using it I do feel that my teeth have benefitted, my mouth does feel cleaner, so as long as you bear in mind my niggles above I would recommend it.

Not worth the money
The water pressure is nowhere near as good as the Waterpik that my partner owns. You will be refilling this up to 6 times per use. The water spillage is ridiculous. The nozzle is a bulky design compared to the waterpik that i've used. The entire design is cumbersome, i don't understand how these things get past the design stage into mass manufacturing when there are clearly better examples at the same price. Wasted my money.
