No, it does not test for bacteria as well. The presence of leukocytes in the urine is an indication that bacteria is present. Having leukocytes is not normal so you should follow up with your doctor. Also be advised that the leukocyte test will not be accurate if the urine has not remained in the bladder for at least one hour. The chemical reaction that takes place, in order for it to be accurate, requires that the urine be in the bladder for at least an hour. So for people drinking a lot of water, that test might be positive but show up negative. If you have symptoms, see your doctor

How can you detect ph lower than 5, when the chart only goes 5 and up? What color would signify lower than 5?

Hello, it would be almost impossible to get a urine pH of below 5. The urine ph test strips can measure only down to this level.

What if it changes colors after like 20 minutes? Are those results still reliable?

As the color pads on the UTI test strips dry out, they will naturally get darker. Any color after 2 minutes is invalid. Please disregard all readings after 2 minutes.
