These Smart Plugs are Smarter Than Me—and I Have a College Degree
I bought the Kasa Smart Plug HS103P4 thinking I’d use one or two and forget about the rest. WRONG. These things are addictive. I now control more of my home from my phone than a Bond villain with a control panel. Lights? Boom—off. Coffee maker? On before I even roll out of bed. Christmas tree? I summoned holiday cheer with my voice like some kind of festive wizard.Setup was so easy I thought I missed a step. (I didn’t. They’re just that simple.) The app is smoother than a jazz saxophone, and scheduling my lamp to turn on at sunset has convinced my dog that ghosts are real. Also, there’s something oddly satisfying about shouting, “Hey Google, turn off the living room!” and watching it obey like I’ve finally ascended to smart home royalty. No hub? No problem. These plugs are like the Swiss Army knife of laziness. UL certified too, so they’re not just smart—they’re safe, which is important because I don’t trust myself to not start a fire with my toaster. In conclusion: 10/10, would automate my life again. Buy them before they become self-aware and unionize.

Works GREAT with Home Assistant "integration"!!!!!
Purchased with specific intent to integrate with my Home Assistant control.TP-Link / Kasa support told me their plugs would NOT work with HA.However, there is an "Integration" in HA for TP-Link.I already had the Kasa app for a smart switch, and when I plugged these in, they were swiftly recognized and easily set up in the app. Then installed TP-Link integration in HA, searched, instantly set up and was controlling it with Home Assistant :-)These plugs are about 25% shorter on long axis than my GoSung plugs from a few years ago. Very nice compact design.Cons:... None? Dang I realllllly appreciate it's compactness and easy integration!-Just tall enough to block use of another thick plug in some dual or multi outlet cases. However, all smart plugs are like this, as it needs to fit a 5v AC/DC converter, a reed relay, microcontroller and WiFi card in the compact volume.Bottom Line is I am an instant fan and grateful it worked EASILY for my intended purpose with Home Assistant "integration", and would not hesitate to recommend or buy more if needed.

Works well, helps me shut off hard to reach devices with my voice
Big fan of TPLink’s Kasa products. I also use TPLink Deco mesh so I can control the devices either in the Kasa app or the Deco app after they’ve been initially setup in the Kasa app. Quick response time, even when using home assistants like Alexa or Google Home. I’ve used Kasa products for over 5 years now and I have never had any of them fail, their products seem well built. As for ease of use, it couldn’t be easier, there’s one button on the device for all functions. As long as you are comfortable using apps to configure devices you can’t go wrong.

Convenient, energy saving, and easy to use
I love these so much that I’m in the process of converting every lamp in my house to run through these outlets. I can’t get anyone else around here to turn off a light, so I set these up to automatically turn on every light in my living room around sunset, and turn off at 11:00. They’re especially helpful for hard-to-reach switches (they’re great on my picture lights because the switch on the cord falls behind the couch, and now I don’t have to move furniture to turn them on).I also love that I can control every light in the house from the app. It let me set up a shortcut on my iPhone Home Screen, too, so I can control everything quickly and easily. I’ve seen these pop up on daily deals a lot, so I usually wait until they go on sale and then stock up.

Incredible Customer support
Jerry from KASA support is a ROCKSTAR! Okay this product is fantastic but what people should also know is that their customer support is even better. I was having connectivity issues and was able to reach Jerry in customer support on a holiday day weekend. He was patient and kind and walked me through all the steps to ensure I could get the plug to work. Incredible support. The best ever!!!

The light on the hill
I have a house on a mountain top overlooking Boulder, Colorado. I bought the Kasa smart AC outlets for the sole purpose of controlling a strobe light. Now I can drive to Longmont, some 20 miles away, at night, trigger the strobe and immediately know where my house is located! A nerdy thing to do, perhaps, but fun!
