Very bland flavor. I used these in a vegetarian stew, and they were still tasteless. I would not buy these again.

Small not large
Being small, easy to soak & cook. But the large Gigantes type beans I expected!
You have to soak white beans before cooking. Place water in a saucepan and soak the dried white beans overnight. Once soaked, place them in a strainer and rinse thoroughly under cool running water. Put water and salt into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add white beans, bring back to a boil, cover the saucepan and cook gently over medium heat until tender, skimming off any foam that appears on the surface.
Safety Warning
These beans are thick but boil fast, once soaked in water for several hours (or overnight).
