How can I take this off?
This tape works really well... too well. I was an idiot (what was I thinking?) and used it to put a sign on the front door of my rented apartment. What can I say? Its been a number of months and I've finally realized I'm going to have some trouble (probably a lot) getting it off whenever I might move.Strangely, there is no place in this listing to ask questions. And the seller page doesn't have a contact link. (WTH?)Does anyone know a way to take this off of a wood door? At this rate I'm going to have to stay in this apartment the rest of my life...

I bought this to fix my fridge.
I don't know what the intended use is, but I needed a doublesided tape to put my fridge's plastic door bar back on. it's the kind that to remove, you press inward nd the whole thing pops off. Except it was popping off on it's own and dumping my food each time I opened the fridge. I needed something doublesided, and strong and thick because there was a gap between the peg and the hole that holds the bar on. The thickness of this foam tape fit the bill. At first , on it's own, the tape behaved like it didn't want to stick, I'm sure because of the nature of the plastic bar. To make sure it was a tight seal, I put the tape on, and clamped the two pieces together for, I dunno 15-20 min. I wanted to be sure this was NOT coming off again unassisted. So far it's been a couple of months and my door bar has not popped off at all. I can safely put liquid containers in my door again.Edit July 2021: how ironic, the notification that this is helpful comes the day after my other fridge railing pops off. Guess what I'll be using to fix it. The first one is holding up well 6 months later.

Nothing "super strong" about this tape
Tape looks good, is wide, and thick....but does not have enough adhesive power. If you are going to use tape to hold object against a wall, or to hold say a light string under a counter then this is not the product for you . It seems to hold well for a little while but eventually whatever it is holding will just fall off. Seem though that it might work for holding something in place ( only as long as object is on top of tape and will not have any shearing force applied to it).

Does not stick well to foam
We spend hours putting foam up on the wall in a music studio. The foam kept falling off the wall, we even put 4 or 5 pieces on each foam square, the next day we came back to the studio to all the foam in the floor. We needed up buying glue and gluing the tape to the foam before we stuck them to the wall.

Stronger than superman
I used this to attach a heavy mirror to wood mounted on a wall. I first used it as an experiment. I was amazed at how strong it was. Getting the "experiment" off the wood was almost impossible, so when I did the real thing I was confident. It's been hanging for a long time now and the adhesion is remarkable. I think its better to attach the sticky side and leave it for awhile ( maybe a day ) before pulling off the protective paper and attaching the item to it.But getting this stuff off is very, very, difficult. I would consider it permanent.

Massive But work Well
I bought these for my handmade shaker cards for which they worked perfectly. They are almost as large as a feature length film canister! Also in straightening my craft desk I put one cut piece resting on the large roll. The cut piece after 2-3 days fused on the large roll. I had to scrape it off my unused roll. I hope it didn’t damage it, so be careful!

Best 2 sided tape I have ever used, and I've used a lot.
Wow, this tape is great. Firstly when it arrived the first thing that surprised me is how big the roll was, I wasnt expecting much but was well impressed. Not only do you get a lot of tape for the money, it sticks really well....I bought a cigarette converter and mounted it on the side of my dash with 3x3m sticky pads...a week later due to the heat over 90° it was on the floor and wouldnt re-stick...so due to the pe-tape reviews I bought some and although it is cushioned and not flat like the other stickers I had, it stuck firm and still working strong even in the heat, not budged... and what I like is i have hit it with my leg many times and the cushioning absorbed the impact and hasnt moved at all, plus I have another 32 and a half foot left for other projects....for the price you cant beat this tape....I am totaly impressed and would definately recommend and buy again from this buyer....thank you

TAPE HAS MANY USES
I bought the tape for multi purposes. I have only used it on one item. I have some foam rubber corner guards to put on the sharp corner edges of our coffee table and end table to prevent our twin granddaughters from hurting themselves in case they fell and hit the corner. I used the foam double-sided tape to anchor the corner guards onto the wood table. They stuck pretty well, but not quite as strongly as I had hoped. However, I have some other uses for the tape and I am expecting the tape to adhere better than between rubber and wood.
