Simple design works very well strong magnet , does what its supposed to do . No complaints .

Not much to say about this really, does what it is supposed to do, nicely made, good price, strong magnet. I epoxied magnet in to make sure it stayed put.

First off, compared to some of the other TIG torch holders available, this is excelllent value. It's sturdy, well made and the magnet has great "grab".The nut and bolt to hold it together aren't supplied with any washers, so the fit up isn't great. I added a couple of washers to mine and swapped out the nut for a nylon insert locknut.The other niggle is that the magnet is loose in the base and relies on just its magnetism to stay in place. I have no doubt it will eventually collect lots of metal dust and filings in there which may eventually lead to the magnet wanting to stick itself to your table instead of the torch holder. A tiny spread of epoxy under the magnet now holds mine firmly in place.Nonetheless, it does the job really well and is great value. A couple of improvements would make it a 5-star product, though no doubt that would also increase the price....

Been welding for years. I've stick welded gas welded brass welded and in recent years mig and tig weded. welding for over thirty years and only had one of these torch holders for about the last five. this is my second, bought as a gift for my brother. Perfect for tig and mig and if bolted down to the bench for greater security great for a small oxy torch.

Great bit of kit that I can just stick on my bench or what I am working on.
