I believe in rating a product by quality, which accounts for the rating. However, I ordered this for a new phone and expected to receive the tempered glass screen protector as pictured, which I didn't get. Instead, I received a hard, but flexible plastic protector that doesn't fit the screen of my phone. The phone "floats" in the well-made case, making it uncomfortable safety-wise. The ad said it fit the LG Phoenix 4, but it doesn't fit well enough. I'll return and purchase another case. Quality-wise, this is nice, but the ad was deceptive. I checked it several times before purchasing, and now I don't see the reference to the Phoenix 4.

I really like this case. I have dropped my phone and this case truly protected my phone. Reliable!

I adore this phone case. It was exactly what I was expecting. Came in perfect timing. Has 3 different parts for protection and fits just right for my phone. The case itself has a smooth touch. I'm around construction alot and if it gets set on some water or anything it comes off no problem and doesnt ruin the look. The only thing i thought couldve been better is if it came with a screen protector.

Product was easy to install. It makes the phone pretty bulky and it was delivered with a deep scratch on the back of the case. Texting is a struggle as my nails keep hitting the rim as I type. I guess just don't have your nails done lol. But overall the case looks nice and is doing its job...

I like it. Cute color (rose gold) and came with screen protector which is nice. Fit LG expression plus.

Pretty large and cumbersome compared to other cases I'm used to. Case itself feels plastic, but seems fitting of the price. This is a budget case.

Arrived timely and as described. Easy to set up. Not a slim case, so the phone becomes a bit bulkier, but just add a ring or pop stand and gripping is manageable. Screen protector does not cover completely, edge to edge, but it covers and protects like 98% of the screen and doesn't block the camera or ear speaker (unless you mess up applying it... but it has tabs you grip that make applying it pretty easy). I like it.

I really like this case. I had one before, but a different color. I got busted up, top, bottom, front and back. Had cracks and scrapes. The phone had no damage at all, so here to get another one. My phone is the LG Xpression plus
