Best filter for BMW
Best filter on the market for BMWs. OEM filters are just rebranded Mable filters. Comes with all the necessary orings and crush washers. BTW avoid Hengst filter as they are a bear to install and you risk breaking the filter cap snout that the filter slips over.

This fits my 2011 335d. Have been buying for 2 years now.

Great filter for BMW e90 335D
I purchased this as a replacement for my 2010 BMW e90 (335D). The fit is perfect and the cost is very affordable. I change my own oil using the dip stick siphon pump method and I save a ton of money doing my own oil changes. Can't go wrong with this filter. One less trip to the stealership and a lot of money saved in your wallet! Thankfully BMW used their brains and placed the oil filter compartment at the top of the engine bay...so you can do oil changes with ease and no need to get underneath or in some ridiculously small area.

Used on X5D, comes all the o-rings
Quality part and comes with both o-rings needed for the oil cap. Also includes copper drain plug washer. Only 4 stars because the 1st one I received was smashed. Why does Amazon ship fragile things in an envelope but other indestructible items in a box with 17 air cushions?

Exact replacement for the BWM OEM 11427788460
This is exactly the same filter as the BMW OEM part number11427788460 for the BMW 335d (M57 engine). Mahle produces the OEM filter for BMW, and this filter is identical to the filter that comes in the Genuine BMW parts box (the BMW sourced filter even has the Mahle OX 177/3D part number stamped right next to the BMW part #). Same part, just much less expensive. I would imagine this to be the case for all M57 equipped 335d cars (2009-2011) and X5 35d (up to 2013) vehicles, but it is up to you to check your specific vehicle via the last 7 of your VIN. I purchased a filter from the dealership and bought one of these for direct comparison, and recommend you do the same. Mahle also has a filter cross reference online that you can plug in the BMW part number (based on your VIN) to make sure you have the right filter. Many BMW dealers have online sales where you can plug in your VIN to pull up the correct BMW part number.
