This product works well, but you have to thin out the soap a little with water
This is a very fun soap dispenser. It works great, except for what I said above and it’s better than the money very good price for the product.

The costumer support is amazing!
I love the product. For some reason it stopped working after 1 year. But I emailed costumer support and they sent me a brand new soap dispenser right away at no cost. Thank you very much!

works well, but cheap construction
This works how it should, with diluted handsoap. One issue, if its picked up the tank that holds the soap drops out, it doesnt snap in to stay put. ours dropped out, top popped off of the tank, and soapy water everywhere. used a piece of vinyl tape to keep it from happening again. It feels very flimsy, lightweight, breakable, but somehow functions great.

Compact, easy to use, cute
I purchased this little guy in 2019 and he's still going strong. I wanted something that didn't take up a lot of counter space, was built to last, and looked nice. I wash my hands a lot, especially when cooking, and it's great to be able to just hold one hand beneath the spout for a few seconds, and have a good amount of soap come out. The amount of soap is always consistent too. I use a cherry scented foam soap, and love that there is no dripping. I love that this dispenser runs for a very long time on the batteries. The price is more than fair, and I'm going to order one or two more. The happy little smiley face, that flashes at you, is a small detail, that is a cute plus.

It works right out of the box!
I tried a different premium brand of foam soap dispenser that cost $60, but found it was just spitting out watery liquid. I thought it was defective and ordered a replacement. Well the second one did the exact same thing which made me wonder if the product itself has a defective design. So this time I replaced it with this LAOPAO model, and OMG, it worked right out of the box. No fuss, no priming, no dispensing over and over again trying to get foam to come out. It started dispensing rich creamy foam on the second pump, and hasn't quit. I can't comment on durability, since I've only had it a few days, but it was great to see the product WORK properly without any hassles, and at less than 1/2 the price - plus you can use any brand of foaming soap or dish soap! Great job LAOPAO!

Too much foam per time
I bought this for my kids and while I like it. I would not buy again. It just dispenses way too much soap for a kid or even for myself. The sink is always full of soap now. I wish there was a setting to decrease the amount and it would be perfect. Other than that it’s great but it’s not worth the mess. If it does stop working, make sure excess soap isn’t covering the motion sensor. Battery life is good and no leakage, it is fairly quiet.

So easy to use! My friend just loves it!
This was a gift and the friend who got it was delighted with it. It works well and she even like the smiley face on the front. I had considered many dispensers when her old one died. There were some with all kinds of functions and adjustments and displays that I considered. Boy, am I glad I didn't get them! I realized afterwards that she's not the kind of person who wants to fuss with her dispenser. she wants to use it and go. And, besides, the more gadgets you have on an appliance, the more things you have to go wrong.

Not bad but not reliable
This served us well for 2 years - good product overall, my son liked it, it gave good incentive for him to use the soap. Dispensing is fast and easy, refilling is easy, batteries lasted long. But the device died after 2 years.

Truly awesome machine, some tips on use 😊
The media could not be loaded. This is awesome, especially during covid and I really recommend it. It makes a nice, rich foam of soap or sanitizer that makes it smooth to use on hands. It is motion activated and it works like a boss! These things should be everywhere!!!Having said that, There’s a few things to know about this and then it’s awesome, but I had a few minutes when I wasn’t sure how worked. That is the only con, there aren’t really explicit instructions so I’m writing what I’ve learned and then you can enjoy this.Soap or hand sanitizer has to be diluted enough to be pulled up through the machine, it’s not very diluted, just a little. It makes soap etc go a long way cuz it aerates it when it pumps it and that rocks! There’s a little plug inside the soap container and it should be removed but keep it if you want to transport the dispenser, it’s good to know because if you toss it out you could have a spill. It runs on 3 double A batteries!!! Very important to know 😆 I keep rechargeable batteries around and I’m so glad I do. Everything that isn’t USB run is run off of batteries. The good news is that I put half dead batteries in it and it lasts forever. The switch on the back is useful but it makes the happy face indicator flash red. This means it’s turned off and I love that it’s motion activated but it’s nice to be able to turn it off while cleaning or moving it. Every time it’s motion activated this cute little white happy face comes up, but I thought at first maybe the red one meant low battery 😆The other thing is that the first time use, you have to prime it to get the air out of it. Idk if there’s an easier way than to just run your hand under it a bunch until foam magically comes out instead of liquid soapMy husband is buying these for his office and we have put this one by our front door but plan on getting a second one for the kitchen and another for the bathroom. They are the answer for making things go further and it’s awesome
