So I bought this For longer trips since I travel a lot, hoping it would be like my other powerbanks from another company that were more expensive. This is nothing as described. It only charges my iPad 9.7 - 1.5 times and it’s out of charge. Then I tried it to see how many times it would charge just my phone about 3 times. I tested it for about a week and the results were the same if not less. After doing some math it comes up to being only about 14000 mah maybe. My 10000 power bank charges my phone 2.5 times. Disappointed with all the reviews, it seem legitimate. And I tried contacting the seller but no response for over two weeks now.

Works exactly as described, I can’t overstate how great it is to use the wireless charging feature so I don’t need to worry about cords (unless I want to charge more than one thing at once). The lightning cable input is super convenient and let’s me charge it fast using my iPhone charger. I love the digital power display that lets me know exactly how much power is left or how close it is to being fully charged. This has everything that I need in one package.

It would have been helpful, in the description, to know which iphone and smartphone generations this will/will not work with. Mine and my son's iphone 6s are not compatible and neither is my younger son's samsung galaxy J3 Prime)This only works with my husband's Samsung Galaxy S10e.That lack of information should have made me suspicious. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

This thing might be my new favorite thing in my tech kit. There were three features that pushed me to purchase this power bank.1. The 24,000 mAh capacity is absolutely fantastic. I have an older battery pack that offers much less and is about 20% bigger in size and significantly heavier. This battery pack is smaller, lighter and offers more outputs and input options.2. Speaking of the input options, as an iPhone user, having the lightning input is a game changer! I don't need to carry around a micro USB cable anymore. This is awesome! Love it and would love to see more manufacturers make this an option.3. Wireless charging. I've gone all-in on wireless charging since the days of me carrying around a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the wireless charging kit mounted to it. I am a fan and having this power pack with wireless charging built into it is such a bonus. Admittedly, the phone does charge slower when done wirelessly, but I usually bring the power pack with me on camping trips, so I just lay the phone on the charger overnight to charge.I have really been enjoying using this battery pack. My only suggestion to the manufacturer for improvement would be to provide a grippier surface on the charger to keep the phone from sliding on top of it. Other than that... Five stars all the way!

I have wireless chargers at my home and at work but I needed a portable wireless charger for when I'm on the go or when I go camping. I really like this charger. It works with all my devices (Galaxy S10 & Galaxy Buds). It's awesome that I can wirelessly charge my buds while charging my phone with a wire. It charges my devices quickly and also recharges itself pretty quickly given that it's a 24000 mAh battery. I also like that it displays the battery percentage rather than having a series of lights. Now I know exactly how much battery I have. My brother saw me using it and now he wants one too.

This is my 2nd battery bank but the 1st with the wireless charging capability. Definitely worth it and it functions flawlessly! It would be nice if the wireless charging area would have been rubberized or textured in some form. Phone seems very slippery and the slightest bump, removes it from the wireless charging area. Charges basic cell phones and devices numerous times before draining. Now, charging my Galaxy Note 8 device, drains half the banks power in one charge. Works great for traveling & hunting season! From experience with this battery bank and my other, I recommend charging the bank itself via an iphone charging cord... charges waaayyy quicker!

So far this has been great! Other reviews say that the phone will slip from the wireless charging mode, but I’ve yet to encounter that problem. I do have a clear plastic case, with rubber sides, and it keeps my phone in place. I travel a lot for work and sometimes the hotel doesn’t have an outlet next to the table, so this charger comes in handy.With an iPhone 8 Plus at 15% and the battery pack at 100%, when I woke up my phone was at 100% and the battery pack was 77%Overall I’m very happy with this battery pack

What I love about this charger is how it literally wirelessly charges with its charging pad. This is a must have for in case your charging port on your phone stops working. I am all about cord cutting and the fact that this method is truly cordless is wonderful. Secondly, having 3 USB-A ports is really stylish. I rarely use all 3 personally.The visual screen that shows the percentage is extremely useful. Typically I use power banks with the 5 light-up dots which can only estimate battery life with 19 percent accuracy. As a power user of power banks, This is so useful that I now want to use power banks with this interface forever.The only thing is I really need USB-C for the faster output and input. If this power bank had USB-C output and input it would be perfect. I do appreciate its extra high 24,000mah capacity which is higher than my typical 20,000 mah. I have noticed this power bank can charge my devices for an extended period of time by supplying a steady output.THis is a great power bank overall. I also appreciate how slick and light its feel is. That goes a long way in terms of portability!
