It works! Just give your coffee machine enough time to process and filter the mixture. Don’t forget to run another cycle with clean water after you have used this mixture, based on the provided instructions.

It's Lavazza Brand descaler.
It's Lavazza brand descaler. I followed the instructions that came with my Lavazza brand coffee machine. The descale light went out.Seems a little pricey. I will shop around next time.

It works.
It's the genuine article. And it descales my Lavazza coffee machine. What more do you need to know? I don't use the machine, but the othersin my house who do say they can taste the different in the coffee.

Did the job but £18 for a small bottle? Will use a proprietary brand next time

Expensive but easy care !
Follow the you tube video of lavanzza as easy to follow instructions and safe . Nothing complicated. Will buy it again every 3 months . I uniquely use mineral water for my coffee but it had some hard calcs built in the container . It seems to be a necessary care .

Effective descaling
I trusted the product because it was specifically made for the machine I use. I thought it was expensive for single use and so only used half recommended amount for descaling.
