Great fitness ball, it's heavy weight and easy to pump up. Doesn't have the awful "chemical" smell that some others have. The key is to blow it up to the size you want, wait 24 hours. Let the plastic stretch. Then pump it up some more the next day to get it exactly where you want it to be.

My wife used this ball oduringr prenatal yoga, managing labor pain, and now uses it every day and night to bounce the baby to sleep - also great for that! I have also used it for physical therapy exercises. So this yoga ball has seen a lot of use over the past year (occasionally even for yoga!!) and seems to be holding up great. Also great as a chair replacement when working on the computer.My wife did find that the 55 cm ball was a bit small for her to sit on comfortably, despite the info provides on the size chart (she is 5'6"). The seller was EXCELLENT about communicating with her and xchanging for the 65 cm ball, quickly and effortlessly. The 65 cm ball also seems to work well for me at 6 feet tall.Great product and great seller!

The ball was what we expected, the size was great, and the quality good, my wife is 5'2" and the ball fits her well(We got the 55cm size). She was able to use it as a chair at her sewing machine, and it works at a table too, although it's a little bit low... (Could prob be helped by pumping it up a little harder)We would recommend this to someone else. We would recommend getting the larger size if you are taller than 5'2"

I weigh 300lbs now and I weighed 350 when I purchased this. It withstood my weight with no problem. Only thing I dont like it putting air in it, but it's still a good product.

I have been impressed with how well this ball has withstood all that my family has put it through. We have regular bounce parties with my kids, and I have only had to add air to the ball once in the last 3 years. I'm sorry to say that I never took advantage of following all the neat exercises that are listed on the box the ball comes in, but I thought that was a great idea. I main reason I bought the ball was to help in the birthing process. It has fulfilled that purpose twice. :) Thanks for a great product!

The size is not wrong in the product description: wait one night and pump again. If there are wrinkles in the ball one you finished, it means it needs more air. Let it stretch for some hours (sit on it while you eat a meal or something), then pump more. The pump indeed doesn't mark each side inflates/deflates. There are two sides on the base of the pump, try the first and if it doesn't work, move to the next. Kind of silly, but it is what it is...

Nice quality but I think the measurement size is a bit off. No one should get the 55 inch I got the size larger than recommend by them for my hight and it is still too small. It works for some things but it's even to small to use as a chair at your desk.

This has held up SO well with heavy daily usage. I am impressed too with the pump. It really fills it up quickly!
