This product is great. I'm 5'10, 155 pounds, BMI about 22.5. I read the reviews and ordered one size smaller than suggested (S instead of M) and the results are remarkable. It really creates that hourglass shape.

I am 154pounds and I usually wear a medium or large top, I ordered an XL and it fit perfectly-almost couldn’t get it on. So definitely order a size or two up if you have a little chunk on you! But this is great quality and makes me look slimmer under my clothes!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I wasn’t sure what size to get because I was wanting a really snug fit. I’m 5”5’, 202 lbs, my waist (at belly button level) measured 36 in. The size chart recommended a XXXL but I went down a couple of sizes to the XL and I’m SO happy I did. Hooking the eyelets was a little challenging at first but once I was 3 or 4 in, it was fairly easy. It’s snug but I can still breathe/function in it. It doesn’t show AT ALL under my clothes which is awesome. My only complaint is that it is a tad long - if I don’t position it right up under my boobs, the edge pokes my thighs when I sit. Maybe I just have a short torso, idk. Overall though, good quality, soft fabric, no weird smells. I like it!

Perfect to use during my workouts and under my close. It has helped me with posture and to keep my core tight and engaged during my training.

Amazing waist trainer for the price. This is the second one I bought, the first was a different brand and had the most terrible smell and I couldn’t even wear it to work without people commenting on what the smell was, how mortifying. So this one arrived today and it fits very well. I am 5’5” and comfortably wear a size 8, last time I weighed myself was 162 and that was over a month ago (I don’t weight myself anymore). So, being a size 8/medium tops and weighing somewhere in the 150’s, I bought a size medium and I can comfortably fit into the second row while standing up to put on. It wasn’t a struggle to put on and I didn’t have to lie in the floor or anything. Hope this review helps others who are looking to buy!

I love this waist trainer. I'm a first time user but this is very comfortable for everyday use and the hooks and latches are very sturdy. I have a short torso so it did take some adjustment but outside of that it was a perfect fit. I'm 4'9 158 pounds so very small frame but curvy.

It is lovely and really tucks you the all length of your abdomen. I do not wear it tight, just enough to keep me relatively flat. I can eat, run, exercise and I wear it all day long.Depending on your shape, I would say go one size higher than you would normally do but you have 3 sets of hooks that let you choose if you want it tighter or comfortable. Actually, it is quite good if you are on a weight management program or if you fluctuate with your shape because of water retention.Aha, my only complaint: it takes ages to do up. Believe me, add at least 15 minutes to your daily routine. I usually start by the bottom, I have found it easier , but whichever way you start doing it up , make sure you lie flat, otherwise (if you have a bulging tum like me) as soon as you do a few hooks, they undo themselves. It is actually maddening and lying flat is the only way (at least for me) you can do them up quickly.I took a star off because of it.I have bought two others in different patterns and sizes (one black and one animal print) to give as presents. I love the flower pattern on my belt. Camellia made was recommended to me by a friend who uses their corsets and she said there are some cheaper look alike but they are not as long and wide. I am glad I followed her advice, as the belt really does not ride up.Many people have commented on how well I have done with my exercise program as they can see my smaller waist (I just smile and say Thank you... no way I will own up to cheating..)

I chose to size up based on the reviews. Definitely could have gone at least one size down. I tried all 4 rows and got the same result: a big, ugly roll of back fat. Which is one of the main reasons for buying a corset, hiding it, not enhancing it. The 25 bones did a magnificent job of giving me my waist back and providing strong support though, so that was nice. But the back fat destroyed all hopes of being able to wear this at my best friend’s wedding, in a few days. Returned to sender.

The item did not work for my shapeI ordered 2 sizes larger ( than my normal size) it fit around the the lower stomach area. The problem was because I’m hour glass the corset was 2 size 2 large even with the smallest setting by top of rib cage and and under the breast. It was a bit longer than expected for my torso. Had to return it!The material and construction was solid as described.

Definitely does what it states! However I returned it because as other reviewers mentioned, it compresses your back fat at the top. It made me look super bulky on top. I have sought out another design with straps. In terms of sizing, it’s pretty snug. Ordered a medium while my waist measures 30”. I’m usually 1-2 inches smaller so I thought i’d size down for when my confinement weight is gone but I could only wear this size on the last row of clasps.

I love this, it's really working on my body. I had a baby about a year ago, and i was trying to get my waist from rolls to smooth again. After wearing it for about 4 days now i can see a difference i wished that i took a before picture, but it looks good and feels good.I still have rolls, as more a wear it my tummy and my rolls are slowly going away. I wear it when my boyfriend at work, so when he gets back i sneak into the bathroom and take it off quickly.I feel like one of my top favorite corset waist trainer, it worth it for me and maybe for you too. I'm definitely going to keep SHARPERX on my top favorite places to go for it.
