Cheap but not very cheerful.
Yes they're white. Yes they wrap around a 15mm pipe (only just). But you'll look at them, accept you'd made a mistake and pop down to a DIY store and buy theirs.

Waste of money
Does not fasten. They do not click closed even by themselves never mind trying to fit around the radiator pipe. They are smaller than described too. A complete waste of money.

I like these collars. They are a nice clean l look and finish in awkward places.
