As a Chiropractor that specializes in corrective care, I can say that this cervical block works great on my patients. It's design is not supposed to be comfortable, but to facilitate the remodeling of the cervical curve. I have been personally using it for two months now with my family and just ordered more of these to sell in my practice. I especially like the option to ease people into each level as appropriate. Whether before a patient needed to buy each level of care separate and these were usually more costly, these three-in-one have all you need to progress your care and help reduce pain into a single unit. Not only is it practical, but it saves both, the Chiropractor and the patient money. I highly recommend this cervical block.

It isn't as comfortable as I thought. I was using a foam handle grip for weights and it was more comfortable than these. These are tooo hard , I tried 2 together then just 1, but not good.
