Helps you learn values in your food
Very informative. Like the weekly meal plan, which can be adjustable for your needs. It’s helping me learn that all veggies and fruits are not the same.

Staying healthy while losing weight
I loved getting the truth out in the open. Motivation is a big factor for me. I have my daughter’s wedding October 15 and I need to get back into my skinny clothes. I lost 82 pounds six years ago and maintain it until Covid hit then I couldn’t exercise and went off the diet. I do need to get the 40 pounds I put back off!!! Your book was what I needed to start my lifetime journey again.

Not a true Atkins book, contradicts itself
I wish I had read the reviews first! This book was not written by Atkins, and is instead a poor retelling of the Atkins approach that misrepresents some of the core principles. The contradictions are many -- ex., absolutely avoid nuts, then several pages later, to save off hunger eat a handful of nuts. The book is a complete disappointment.

My go-to for recipes AND keeping on track
I’m new to Atkins and after doing research on other diets that can evolve into lifestyle options, I chose to go this route. I ordered 7 different books to study that have recipes as well, but this one is my favorite as I keep referencing it for tips, recipes and most of all: guidelines. Great Book! Thank you Nathalie Seaton for thanking the time to break everything down and put it in a book!!
