Broke several of them trying to fill them up, and then the ones that got filled up didn't even burst when thrown onto target.

So these have little foam balls in them to self seal them. Which works ok. They were having a ballon fight at school and we filled up a cooler with then the night before. By the next day the cooler was filled with water and many had deflated, which was disappointing.Then at the balloon fight a number of “those” kids whined about how the foam ball, (which is smaller than a marble and weighs nothing) nearly killed them and/or nearly put their eye out. I find this doubtful. My child had big red splotches from where she was hit hard with “regular” balloons, which I’m sure had to have hurt more than a tiny foam ball hitting you.Anyway, they discussed “outlawing” these balloons next year. So beware.
