Does as advertised.
Using the device to run my old wii system on my fire tv. Works perfectly fine. The switch doesnt seem to make any difference in appearence or play on the screen, but Im keeping it on 1080.I noted when I purchased, but case you haven't noticed yet, this device requires a power source for it to work. Im just using the usb port on my tv, but a power block would work fine as well.

Worked great for connecting a Wii to a TV
This adapter was just what I needed to connect a Nintendo Wii to a new TV that didn’t have the old yellow, white & red (video & audio) ports.Just know that you will need a HDMI cable and a USB power plug adapter (the little block that goes on the end of your phone charging cord), in addition to what comes with this item, to make it all work.But once I got it all connected, the Wii worked perfect thanks to this little adapter.

Excellent for non technical people to understand
Quick turnaround time on order and delivery. Works as advertised. I was able to connect a few other items, hdmi cables, video card, and was able to transfer and record vhs tapes to my computer following instructions on a YouTube video. I have a very limited technical background and it was incredibly to do. Great product, easy to use

Does it’s job!
I used this to plug my PS2 into my monitor. For that specific use case there isn’t really a need for a 720/1080 switch, with the native resolution being so low. But it works, colors seem accurate, and the response time is good.

Now I can watch my vhs/dvds again
Needed this adapter in order to connect my dvd/vhs player to my smart tv with the rgb cables. The adapter works great and now I can enjoy my dvd/vhs collection again.

RCA to HDMI adapter
I bought this item to convert my RCA audio connectors from my HAM radio to HDMI. My LG soundbar uses HDMI. This item met my needs, and I recommend it to anyone using it for this type of project.

Working great on old tv.
Used this to convert old tv to HDMI to hook up a Roku in our bathroom. Lots of wires involved, but works great. Bought a second one to convert our Bose Lifestyle 38 to HDMI to hook up to our new LG OLED tv, which doesn’t support components. Haven’t hooked it up yet. Will post later if there are problems.

It works!
Works as advertised. You'll need a power brick with an HDMI female plug to power the converter. It comes with the power cable that plugs into the converter but no power brick.
