We're using this wagon for festivals, our two small kids need a ride as we cover a lot of ground.The box was damaged and had a hole on arrival, but the contents were all intact. The wagon parts were mostly pre-assembled, which was great. The instructions were a little light on content, but the remaining assembly was easy between the product photo and ease of use. You'll need a 13mm wrench and a broad, heavy flathead screwdriver to attach the handle, and needle nose pliars to clinch the cotter pins on the wheel hubs. The tires may need more air after shipping, get a good bicycle pump with a pressure gauge.The wheel hubs and axel seem very substantial. The turn radius is great. Watch for steep hills, or unstable terrain. Go slow, it's not a race car! It fits just inside the trunk of our Subaru Forrester, with the canopy down. It's not collapsible, so keep that in mind. Measure thrice, and once more to be certain!The materials are sturdy enough for our kids; we're planning on adding velcro on certain areas to turn the wagon into a hungry caterpillar, dragon, etc.The kids LOVE the wagon. We give it 5 stars.

I liked this wagon. It was easy to use, easy to pull and I had recommend this wagon to family and friends when asked where they could get one. I was very happy with this wagon. EDIT added May 27, 2021- after about a month an a half of use mostly pulling my two and four year old around To the different parks in our city and two lengthy walks along the river front mostly on paved surfaces there is heavy wear on the two front tires which my husband noticed on our last outing, which was cut short because one of the front tires litteraly blew via a two inch elongated hole. interestingly the rear tires show little to no wear so I'm guessing this issue is due to the steering on paved surfaces that has erroded the front two tires only. I have yet to contact the seller to see how best to remedy this issue and will update after I have done so. UPDATE: After several emails and attempts to contact the manufacturer we were forced to purchase replacement tires on our own, as stated earlier we owned this product for a little over a month and assumed a warranty would apply and if not that the manufacturer would at least be interested to hear of the issue to check their QA protocols and insure we were not sent substandard wheels by a third party vendor they may use to augment their products. WOULD ADVISE ANYONE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT TO PURCHASE SOLID RUBBER WHEELS AS THE ONES PROVIDED HAVE A VERY LOW WEAR THRESHOLD ON PAVED SURFACES- YOU WILL HAVE TO ABSORB THE SECONDARY COST THOUGH AND I HOPE IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR ISSUE YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THE MANUFACTURER THAN WE DID TO REMEDY SAID ISSUE. SO BE PREPARED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL 70-100+$ TO YOUR FINAL COST IF PURCHASING.

The sides come apart frequently. We don't even use it a lot, so it's not like it has been abused. We use it for our grandsons, who are 1 and 3 years old, so also not hauling anything heavy. The wagon itself is very heavy and difficult to pull on uneven terrain. It pulls hard.

This wagon is perfect!!! We live out in the country with gravel roads between our house and my in-laws. This wagon allows us to walk our two small children over to their house with ease. Uphill is a little bit of work, but that would be with pushing or pulling anything. It is a really nice size. Still small enough to fit in the back of my van for trips to the zoo. The padding makes it feel softer and safer for our baby. The sun canopy is great to block out the sun. Very sturdy, tip free and strong. After the kids outgrow it, I can remove the side panels and canopy and use it in my garden. Absolutely a good investment for us.

I can't find any flaws with this wagon. It arrived on time with all the parts and just needed some minor assemble. I have used it numerous times and my little daughter loves going for rides in it whether it is on the pavement or off road. I also like the padding that goes inside just in case the passenger loses their balance they don't get hurt. All in all I think this is a good product and would buy it again.

Great wagon ! Fits 2-3 toddlers

Great little wagon for our girls. Unfortunately had a flat tire, damaged the wheel trying to replace the inner tube. Contacted the manufacturer and they shipped a free wheel to my place within days.
