This is one of the best lumbar support pillows I've tried! I have a herniated disc in my lower back so sitting in an office chair or for a long car ride can give me back pain. There are several features I like about this pillow that set it above others. First, it comes with three different firmness level inserts you can change out to find the one comfortable for you (hard, medium and soft) Second, it has a strap to attach to your chair and comes with an extender that adjusts to make it fit different chait backs. It stays in place once you find that sweet spot. I would recommend another set of hands to help you put it on so its easier. The stitching on the case looks like good quality and it arrived carefully packaged. I tried it first with the medium and then the hard support inserts. I found that the hard helped me keep my posture upright. The medium might be more comfortable for long drives though. Two inserts fit inside at once so I'll pack both for our roundtrip anf update which one worked best. I also like the size of this support though I can see others not liking it if you're looking for something for total back support. This size is just right to target your lower lumbar but will not support your entire back.

This isnthe only back support I have purchased that fits my needs. I am using the thinner thickness one . It cones with 3 inserts. Perfect for most all needs.

For the money, this is by far the best product for lumbar support. I drive truck daily and after over a year of use, this product has held up very well. The adjustable firmness with varied thickness inserts allows me to customize for perfect support.I’ve tried other devices and this beats them all. Very easy one-minute installation and machine washable.Highly recommend!!

Wow, this lumbar pad is firm! Even with the softest pads installed, it's still thick and firm, and creates far too much curve in my lumbar spine.A year ago this wouldn't have been a problem, but for some reason (old age, probably), I can no longer take a thick, firm lumbar pad. I need something flatter and softer or my back starts to hurt.It's nicely made, though, and I was able to place my own foam into it. Maybe as I age further, I'll find I can use the provided pads.

My recliner is built such that the back allows my shoulders to round which causes pain there my neck. With this pad adjusted to the proper thickness placed on the back of my chair allows my shoulders to relax back and is much more comfortable. The pain has been relieved in my shoulders and neck. The only downside which is minimal is that the strap is not long enough to go around my Lazyboy recliner. So I bought a strap for additional length and it works great! I have another one for my car for the same reason but the strap IS long enough to go around the back of that seat. The price is right and I highly recommend this product!

As a very short person (5 foot, 0 inches), it's very hard to find a back support that works with me. I also have a spine injury that doesn't like a lot of pressure. Most lumbar or back cushions are larger than 2 inches (averaging at 4 inches in thickness to 5 inches) and that is too big for the small of my back. I love this one since I can take out one cushion and adjust it to my needs. The elastic band is adjustable and wraps around the back of my chair easily. I like the different firmness options and its very adjustable. I'm saving up to buy a second one because it works so well for my needs.Pictured: the adjustable strap for the back (it does not come with a clasp, but it does have a section that allows you to tighten or loosen the strap), the medium pillow, the relax support pillow encased in it's cover (holding the small cushion, I love that I can customize the firmness of the cushion that gets into contact with the small of my back) and the medium pillow on top of it (I want to buy a second relax support so I can also put this in the cover and have it secured to my chair, extra cushions are awesome too!), as well as the back of the relax support cover, featuring the zipper in the middle of the cover. I would have preferred the zipper on top or on the bottom, but it's not really a hindrance in putting the cushions inside. Overall, excellent product, especially for shorter people who struggle to find something fit to their needs. Thanks for making this!

Basically, the concept works but the foam pillow will not stay in place, when I sit in the seat the unit gets condensed into a small place and doesn’t do a thing. I finally had lumbar surgery and wanted this to help with my chronic pain but it just not a good design.

Once I found the best position, the device worked well for me. The three options included (soft, medium and hard) are important and nice. Attachment strap worked reasonably well.
