This paint is a solid backer for your darker blue, green or purple bodies. Also makes a mean primary color. Very deep black. A layer of pearl or clear metallic under it makes a sick multicolor effect. I dig it, I think you will too.

As long as the surface is smoother than rocks it will pretty much turn anything into a flat black gloss with a few coats. However do not sand without recoating. Even though it all looked mirror smooth to my eyes, the sanded paint reacted differently to the hologram cover. Overall great spray can... tried to substitute with valspar black(which will do for your cabinets) but on an electric guitar it did not capture the look. The spaz stix is worth it.

Does a pretty solid job. Might have a little lower opinion due to trying to paint in colder than ideal temperatures. Gonna test again with ONE more shell and if I don’t get the results I’m after I will go with another paint company.

I bought this along with the faskolor pearl key-lime and the parma 454SS chevy truck body. I used this as the main color and the backer color for the key-lime. It makes the key-lime seem brighter with this as it's backer color. Great adhesion, very flexible. No cracking after impacts as I have had in the past with other inferior paints.

This was a great buy. The product worked as promised and produced a beautiful car body. Use as a backer paint when painting with a color change paint.
