This is not a genuine screen replacement for the Samsung J7 Neo. This screen does not fit because the screen itself is much thicker than the genuine Samsung screen. The screen keeps lifting. Totally wasted my money. Now I have to look at getting a new phone completely since I do not trust ordering another screen. A refund of my purchase would be nice.

The media could not be loaded.

Knock off. Samsung imitation. Displayed. However the touch never worked. It has the brand covered with marker. I am more disappointed in Amazon to allow crap like this to come through their sitw/system. Losing my thrust

Did not like1. Did not have any instructions for review.2. Could not figure out if this product came with digatiser. I needed the screen attached to digatiser to save Time with assembling.3. Product is broken. Verry disappointed

This screen is not good. I want back my money or a new screen. It shows white and after a few days it starts to touch by itself. I want back my money

After the product took a while to be delivered and after the technician installed it there were multiple lines across the screen and very very faint coloring. tried to replace the item couldnt even get that done. really not what i expected.

The media could not be loaded.  The screen doesn't fit in the phone properly and am very disappointed
