And it stays focused for a long time. I bought a very similar knife from a different company, a little cheaper. But it is not that sharp and the handle is a bit smaller, which affects comfort. Therefore, trust me and do not waste your money on cheaper substitutes. I'd give 10 stars if I could.Good job Paudin.

This knife will cut though frozen bread with ease. A super product and I am contemplating buying another of their products but, Oh...I do wish they weren't made in China .... yet again
