I use Proislands 600 watt for seedlings and veg mainly. When they grow bigger I turn it over to the 1200 watt for more coverage and stronger spectrum. Love these lights!!! They come with the hangers so no need to buy other items. Price is awesome for what you get

Light seems to work as it should we will see more when I start growing and see if it feeds the plants the light that it needs! Great deal little lower quality then I'm used to but sturdy and seems as it's going to do the job

This light I have it for a month and it’s the real 1200w light because my veg are growing fast and Also price is great for real 1200w grow light .am going to order another one .So far so good
