Prax Lotion Lotion for Itching Skin 4 fl oz.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received it much earlier than expected, and very happy with the way it works. finally got a good night's sleep. I will do business with this company in the future.

I have used Prax lotion for years... This was prescribed by my dermatologist for my atopic dermatatis, the prescription is for 1 part clobetasol cream to 2 parts prax lotion. The drug stores that I have gone to, don't carry Prax lotion any longer so they can't prepare the compound mix, so I just mix it at home with the clobetasol cream. I do buy an extra Prax lotion to keep it in my purse because it is the only lotion that I can use that does not irritate my skin and it keeps a barrier to protect my hands from anything that might irritate them. Note to anybody who has detmatitis, that it is not good to apply the prax with clobetasol more than once a day, and just when needed. Otherwise the skin becomes immune to the clobetasol and it will stop being as effective. So the Prax by iteself, it is just as wonderful. I highly recommend it for anybody that might have sensitive skin. I can't live without it!

this is a very good lotion, i have mild exema and this lotion handles the mild itching quite well and its easy to apply and you don't have to use a lot to get the job done. the praxomine seems to be the key indegrendent. very good product

I have used this product before and its amazing. My proctologist recommended it after an operation as a wipe for cleansing and soothing. I use it for any skin condition. Rashes, Dry skin, Itching. Fantastic.

I can't wait to try this, i get a rash once a month that covers my chest & this is what I bought this for & it's ready & waiting!! It seems to be that this month I won't be able to try it, the rash isn't visiting this month!! Either way I'm covered & now I can restock & be a loyal customer!!

You can get the same active ingredient in Cerave Anti-Itch lotion, which also contains Ceramide---the two ingredients doctors recommend for treating and healing dry, itching skin. One has a slight anesthetic effect, and the other repairs the skin..If you are trying to alleviate itching in the skin of the elderly, (because their skin texture is changing), you might be better off using a natural oil or oil-based lotion that will sink into, or cling to, the skin----olive, coconut, shea, avocado.etc. No chemical.

This one says "ANORECTAL SOLUTION," which is NOT what the bottle says that is shown on Amazon.com! However if you check the ingredients carefully you'll see that the active and inactive ingredients are identical to the original PRAX. Ferndale has just changed the labeling, is all.
