Works great and a less cheap and easier product than others on the market. I use my phone with a case and the phone mount was able to expand wide enough to accommodate my phone. Attached it to my spotting scope and it works! Very easy to setup and use. Product is made out of fairly durable plastic. No extra attachments are needed.

The overall product is nice. However, when using an iPhone 8 or larger the weight of the phone tends to pull the mount off the microscope. I am looking into attaching some foam on the inside of the mount where it attaches to the eyepiece to allow for a sturdier connection. Great photos once the phone is attached.

First getting the telescope eyepiece secured in the mount is challenging, its held in place by a clamping system, too lose and it falls out and too tight and the force pops the eyepiece out. Second, getting the camera aligned with the hole in the mount and fastening it is challenging. I managed to get it all setup but the eyepiece kept popping out, after tightening and then re-tightening I managed to misaligned (break) the mount. If you have an extra eyepiece that you can permanently secure (perhaps with construction adhesive) this will work for you... otherwise you're going to spend a lot of time clamping, unclamping, adjusting and ultimately having your phone fall to the ground.

For $13.00, give it a try. Once set up it works fairly well for viewing targets on the range. Getting it positioned where you want it is kind of "fiddly", though.

if you are looking for a cheap intro to astrophotography and want to play around with your phone and scope before buying a new camera, this will work. I've taking a trip soon to test it out on planets and Deep Space Objects, I'll post those when I return, though using it to test it on terrestrial objects was pretty easy. I found that that high the magnification, the image was more limited (FOV), further, when coupled with a barlow lens, the same shrinking FOV occurred. I'm expecting fine images from this to show friends and family, but nothing to write home about. It's a fine, cheap, intro into a hobby to see how long I stick with it before actually dropping the bank.

I bought this mount so that I can use my iPhone SE as a cheapo "teaching head" for the microscope at work. Easy to use. Takes about 30 seconds to attach it and get the iPhone to focus on the field. Nice, sharp images, as good as what I see when looking through the eyepieces. Hard to keep clean in a contaminated clinical environment, but that's not the product's fault. Tolerates bleach well.
