The "letter" itself is very short, but the commentaries in this book are worthwhile and valuable.

I love this book, quick easy to read wisdom.

This is one of the greatest books my wife and I have ever read. It is full of wisdom and great advice on how to be angry and not falter with out-of-control behavior. It shows you how to have self-control and teaches you how to behave in all situations, especially uncomfortable ones.I highly recommend this book. It should be required reading to enter adulthood and life.If you follow its advice, it will make you a better person.
