Might've had a few cocktails the night I bought this. When it arrived, I was a little bit perplexed as I didn't remember ordering. It's a little bit salty, but it's tasty and does the job.I've only used about a cup of this stuff so far. I'm thinking of dumping the rest in my pool next summer and having a gravy party. My wife, so far, is not convinced this is a good idea.

We didn’t really understand how big this is! Au Jus is hard to find. It’s such a great cooking addition. Soups, season meats and very versatile. We will have this for a long time!

I love using this. So full of flavor

My favorite Au Jus mix was Crescent’s Au Jus but about the time Covid hit it disappeared off of store shelves and has not returned. I’ve tried several other brands and they did not compare. I have to say this Au Jus is as close as it gets to the Crescent brand. The only negative I have is that this 6 lb. jug will be here long after I’m gone!
