One of the best Complex Carbs supplements I have used over the years. Hardly any flavor and no after taste. Mixes great in water or added to your protein shake for extra. Also great added to your in workout drink for sustained carb/energy.

I bought this because I could not find the other Waxy Maize carb powder that I usually buy my husband. It definitely has a different texture and does not powder and puff up like the other carb powders I have bought in the past. It doesn't dissolve in water near as fast as the waxy maize stuff, but, once dissolved, it doesn't settle to the bottom! Just mix in warm water and shake a bit and it will eventually mix in! Great product!

Since it’s non flavored, it mixes easy with any other flavored mix . Doesn’t upset my stomach either.
