So the first time around they sent me the wrong Playmat. I was pretty disappointed it wasn't even Pokémon... Anyways, I decided to email the seller to let them know what happened and politely asked what could be done to fix this problem for me. The seller replied to my e-mail very quickly, apologized, and told me they would send out the correct Playmat with no extra charge, not even shipping, which was fast both times! Now that I actually have the right Playmat and the wrong one they let me keep, I have to say, it's really nice. The overall print is very high quality, the materials feel great, the only downside is that there is a lot of white areas on that mat that could get dirty very easily. Anyways, I still get compliments on the artwork of the mat when I play with it, told the seller I would definitely be doing service with them again. The price is very reasonable as well, compared to a lot of other places. If you're looking to buy a Playmat from this seller, if you are reading this comment and you're skeptical like me about purchasing items online, let your worries go. Make the purchase, if mistakes are made I'm sure they will help resolve the problem, as long as you're reasonable asking about it, being nice goes a long way.

I ordered this as a gift for a friend and it came quite quickly. I was very happy to see the white on the playmat was a pure snowy white color with no stains or specs of any kind. A concern I have when ordering white things online. Sometimes the product can be slightly discolored (usually very light yellow) if it was stored away for a long time.The mat was a perfect size. Big enough for two people to use, but I still always prefer each person use their own mat in my card shop since the tables are big enough for it.

Product as advertised. Graphic is clear and the black is super dark. Feels durable and the surface is perfectly smooth. Easy win if you pick this up.

This mat is great, it has amazing art in it and the material is the best! It took a while before i got it, i contacted the seller about the problem, the seller said he would send me another one for the wait. The mat came in the next day and i love it!

Great mat for a fair price. The image isn't QUITE as crisp as "premium" mats -- if I could relate it to a resolution, it'd be "720p," if that makes sense.Also: Bummer that the free sleeve DO NOT fit MtG cards, too small. They appear to be good quality for freebies (matte, not gloss). Wish it would've been mentioned, but can't complain about free.Would buy again.

Amazing mat for card games

Mat looks great... but the it says a free pack of 75 card sleeves came with it and I didn't not get them. Really doesn't make or break the sale just wish they would of not said that it came with it when it would not. False advertising
