I would like to review because I really wanted this chair, upon arrival, I didn't receive the exact product that was shown and while using the product it didn't perform the way I thought, back rollers are so strong, instead of some relief, it start hurting. I think, back cushions are thin, they should be well padded to avoid the strong impact of the rollers. so had to return within a week.

It is not good for people over 6' tall. You need a pillow for the lower back because it is to aggressive and it is expensive for not a lot of features. It was just ok

The recline function doesn't work, the chair is stuck and seller can not provide effective help, I've got to return it.
